Our Educators

Lesli Laughter is the Chief Academic Officer for 806 Technologies. She brings 32 years of experience in public school education to the company, having served as an assistant superintendent, middle school principal, elementary school principal and teacher. Her passion for supporting school leaders and streamlining administrative functions is a natural fit as Chief Academic Officer. In fact, the very first software developed by 806 Technologies, which is now used by thousands of school leaders, was inspired by her and created by her son, Ross, 806 Technologies’ CEO. Lesli is a frequent speaker at state and national levels. She and her husband, Steve, live in a suburb of Dallas, Texas where you will often find her with her greatest joy – four “littles” who call her Granna.
